What WCalendar Does
WCalendar is a free, browser-based planning tool that generates calendar files (ICS), CSV exports, and add-to-calendar links. All calculations are performed in your browser. WCalendar does not save, publish, or share your data.
Planning Tool Only
WCalendar creates planning aids based on the rules you enter. It does not determine employer policy, payroll rules, overtime, union agreements, or legal obligations. Always verify generated schedules with your employer or payroll provider.
No Warranty
WCalendar is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated calendar files are free from errors. Review the preview before importing events into your calendar.
Limitation of Liability
WCalendar is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the generated calendar files, missed shifts, incorrect pay period dates, or any other consequence of relying on the tool output.
Changes
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use of WCalendar after changes constitutes acceptance.
