The schedule and date calculations happen in your browser. There is no account system and no saved schedule database.

WCalendar creates standard calendar outputs such as ICS files, CSV files, and calendar links. It does not try to replace your calendar app.
Important boundaries
- WCalendar is not a replacement for Google Calendar, Outlook, or Apple Calendar.
- WCalendar does not provide payroll, legal, employer-policy, or union-agreement advice.
- WCalendar does not save user-created schedules or publish them for other users.
