What is the difference between this 7-day 2-2-3 and the 14-day Pitman schedule?
This tool generates a repeating 7-day cycle: 2 work days, 2 off days, and 3 work days. The classic 14-day Pitman schedule (also known as the 2-2-3-2-2-3 4-crew rotation) is a 2-week cycle (2 ON, 2 OFF, 3 ON, 2 OFF, 2 ON, 3 OFF) that gives employees every other 3-day weekend off.
